Message From Managing Director of the Group & Chairman of the School
  Shri. Satyam Roychoudhury

"He who opens a school,

closes a prison."

                  - Victor Hugo

We, in Techno India Group, believe that every child has inside of him or her a big potential. Education can chisel it and flourish it into full blossom. So we are into the task of bringing out the best of every student with a view to ensure the complete development of their mind and soul. As inspired by Swami Vivekananda, we want our students to 'leave a mark'.

Techno India Group believes that India's comparative advantage in the global economy lies in education. We have accepted the challenge posed by the changing needs of the day and strengthened our academic curriculum accordingly.

Our commitment at Techno India Group Public School is to provide a safe and intellectually challenging environment that will empower students to become innovative thinkers, creative problem solvers and inspired learners prepared to thrive in the twenty- first century.

TIGPS, Alipurduar is one of the leading providers of secondary education in Eastern India. We aim to give every student in our care the best possible education in order to prepare them for life beyond school. We are a 'Learning Community' which encourages staff, students, past students and parents to involve themselves fully in all aspects of school life and to identify themselves with its core values of Respect, Responsibility, Integrity, Cooperation and Achievement. At the same time, our vision of education extends far beyond the classroom. We encourage our students far beyond the classroom. We encourage our students to involve themselves in the broad co- curricular programme.

High standards and expectations for each student in regard to academic performance, co- curricular participation, and responsible citizenship are the foundation of our school. It is the contribution of our students to our students to our school that makes TIGPS an exceptional learning community.

My beloved students, please remember that a good school is not made up of its building, its playground or its outer glamour, the success story lies in the students and students only.
